Mr. McKenney has been in the real estate sales industry since 1989 having gotten his real estate license and in the banking industry since 1993, prior to that he had been in the automotive industry since 1983 working for a dealer and finally owning his own German Car Repair Facility. In 1993 he sold his auto repair business and went to work with Wells Fargo Bank as a Regional Training Manager. At Wells Fargo he was responsible for business development training, mortgage lending training, consumer lending training and streamlining branch operations.
In 1994 he was asked to help start up the In-store banking division (branches in the grocery stores). In 1997 he was recruited by his former boss at Wells Fargo Bank to come to work at Great Western Bank to run one of its troubled offices that was in dire straights. In 1998 Washington Mutual Bank acquired Great Western Bank during his ten year there he grew the office from a staff of 10 with $75 million in deposits 23,000 teller transactions and no lending activity by the end of 2004 the office had grown to a staff of 22 with over $235 million is deposits 45,000 teller transactions and mortgage lending of $20,000,000 per month business lending of $250,000 per month.
During the time form 1993 thru the present Mr. McKenney has bought and sold $20,000,000 worth of real estate and represented countless other in their real estate transactions. In 2005 Mr. McKenney was recruited by a boutique Credit union to be it’s Vice President of Lending overseeing all lending activity including VISA operations and the collections department. In August 2005 Mr. McKenney formed a partnership with Ms. Robin Pelton and Mr. Robert Rukavina called MPR Property Solutions, Inc. They will acquire residential and commercial property and manage those properties. MPR Property Solution will also provide a myriad of services to other property owners on a fee basis.
