
Renee White Fraser, PhD

Renee is a consumer psychologist who founded Fraser Communications in 1992. It is a full service ad agency with $40 million in billings; clients include Cedars-Sinai, Toyota, Flex Your Power, HealthAsure, East West Bank, Los Angeles World Airport (LAX and LA/Ontario), UCLA Extension, and United Way. The agency is the 15 th largest independent in LA and the largest woman owned agency in Southern California.
Prior to starting her own firm, Renee was President and General Manager of Bozell, Inc./Pacific Region, and the 14 th largest national ad agency. During her tenure she managed 120 staff and $120 million in business. Prior to joining Bozell she was Senior Vice President, Director of Research and Planning at Young and Rubicam. Renee also served as Vice President at Lieberman Research. Her clients have included Merrill Lynch, Chrysler, Ford, American Airlines, United Airlines, Rockwell, Sega, Sanyo, Procter and Gamble, Ford, Cigna, and many other.
Renee is President of the Los Angeles Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO-LA) and an active advocate for women business owners. She is the recipient of the 2003 Los Angeles SBA “Women in Business Advocate of the Year” Award and the 2004 LA Business Journal “Woman CEO of the Year” Award.
She is also on the boards of Volunteers of America, Children’s Planning Council, the Youth Mentoring Connection, and the Health Care Council of the L.A. Chamber of Commerce.
Renee Fraser received her Ph.D. in psychology from the University of Southern California. She guest lectures at UCLA and teaches public relations research at USC.
