My name is Griselda Diaz, I am a student in the process of transferring to Cal State LA. My major is Sociology and I intend is to finish my Bachelors and continue to get a Masters in Counseling. My overall goal is to become a college counselor and assist those students in need of guidance. My passion to help those in the need of help comes from my own struggle trying to educate myself. I believe we all need a mentor to guide us in life and I was very fortunate that I found YMC to guide me though my life. As a student at Belmont High, I became a mentee in YMC’s programs with Rhino Records. I am currently doing an internship with YMC, where I could not be happier. YMC is helping me obtain the tools necessary to fulfill my goal in life.
