America's youth, desperate for guidance, are discovering mentoring. For many of them, this cry for help remains unanswered. There are over 75,000 kids on waiting lists to find mentors in the State of California alone.

A nationwide movement to get more children into mentoring relationships is gaining momentum, and the need for adult volunteers is substantial. Youth Mentoring Connection is dedicated to addressing the problem and answering this cry for help.
